At Grace Property Management, our mission is to connect rockstar tenants with amazing owners for the mutual benefit of all! This company began at the end of 2012 and is growing rapidly!

 

For our tenants, we handle situations as if we were in your shoes.  All tenants go through a screening process to keep the crazies out and the rockstars in!  We will do our best to make your new home the most amazing it can be!

For owners, we treat your property we manage as if it were our own.  We understand the responsibility to steward your property well.  Each month you can expect to receive detailed reports outlining the cash flow of your property.

Jacob Skelton is the licensed property manager & owner. He is a graduate of the University of South Dakota's Beacom School of Business in Human Resources and over 16 years working in the customer service field.  We are here to help and serve you in finding your next new home!
