All apartments are given to the first approved applicant who completes the paperwork. Below is the progression to reserve the rental property: Complete the application. This can be scanned & emailed to me at JacobNSkelton@gmail.com. Once approved, you will be contacted and we will schedule a lease signing either electronically or in person at your preference. Upon receiving a signed lease with security deposit, the rental property is now reserved for you!

We have a number of different service plans depending on the amount of involvement you would like. This can range from fulltime management of the rental property to just acting as a leasing agent when a unit comes available. We have more details of all the plans located on the Owners tab.
