In the event they do not renew the lease, the above apartment will be available on a first come first service basis to new tenants. Any apartments which the existing tenant renews the lease or a new tenant is found will be taken removed from this list.

(lease pending means we have someone who has applied for the apartment but has not signed a lease for the property.  In some cases, we've sent the lease paperwork and are waiting for it to be returned.  We do allow people to apply for it and they would be on a waiting list for the property in the event the original applicant choses to take a different apartment.)
